It gives facilities for visitor photograph capturing, online visitor list, communication between security and employees, visitor authentication, auto forwarding of authorization request, auto-login facility for the users, gate pass printing with barcode, current visitors list, out-time posting through barcode, visitor histories etc. VPM is a comprehensive security management application for large organizations having multiple entry points where visitors are required to be authorized by the staff before gaining entry into the premises.
