Data Centre and Solutions Sales Person – Data Centre Speciality : Business Development
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of the Data Centre business
- Liaise with the rest of the sales team and technical team for all data centre issues
- Aggressively pushing for new business
- Working closely with the COO and General Manager keeping them informed and up to date on the data centre business.
- Having a key understanding of the data centre business and industry, with the ability to be able to create key presentational style pitches
- Be responsible for creating and holding key relationships with the decision makers in Uganda
- Apart from the data centre side of the business the employee will also be responsible for the software solutions business the company is looking to expand into
- Growing the solutions business using existing client base while also targeting new clients
- managing your own diary in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Able to work successfully and productively in a team environment or independently and deal with multi-tasks effectively
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Results oriented with strong drive to succeed
- Good understanding of the Data Centre business
- Proven analytical, planning, and organizing skills;
Additional:
- Successful candidate will be based out of Uganda.
