- Installation and Troubleshooting of Windows OS (Linux will be added advantage)
- Installation and Troubleshooting of Windows Applications (MS-Office, Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer etc.)
- Installation , Maintenance Troubleshooting of the Windows Server OS
- Having knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IIS , ADS services
- Experience on configuration/Maintenance of the E-Mail Servers (Exchange , Mdaemon or any other)
- Experience on Installation and Configuration of the Server based Antivirus system
- Installation , configuration and Troubleshooting skill for the Server hardware
- Basic knowledge of the data backup solution
- Basic knowledge of the database
- Certification : MCSE
- Minimum Experience : 3-4 Years
