- Knowledge on software/hardware firewall
- Installation and troubleshooting of the leased line , ISDN connectivity
- Installation and Troubleshooting of the WLAN
- Knowledge of the OSI layers
- Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocols
- Certification : CCNA
- Minimum Experience : 3-4 Years
